Founder of Dongguan IC Carrier Technology Co. Ltd, China since 2018. Founder of Suzhou IC Carrier Technologies Co. Ltd, China since 2021. Technical Publications: Published about 10 papers in Semicon Conference and IMAPs/IEEE. Holder of 20+ semiconductor/electronic product patents, 2 registered designs, and 3 trademarks.

Mr. Rico SAN ANTONIO

Technical Director

Education: Instrumentation Engineering from Don Bosco, Philippines. Member of JEDEC JC-11 committee. Career: Technical Director of Dongguan IC Carrier Technology Co. LTD since 2018. Technical Director of IC Carrier Technologies, Pte. LTD since 2019. Technical Publications: Published about 3 technical papers for Semiconductor Wire bonding, Chip Scale Packaging, and multiple row high density advanced leadframe-based packages. Author / Co-author of over 30 Patents for semiconductor/electronic products with over 20 Patents pending.

Mr. Peter Bi

Sales Director

Graduated from Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, with a bachelor’s degree. After graduation, joined Ningbo Hualong, mainly responsible for new customer development and marketing. Customers served include: Shenzhen Aisemi, Jilin Zhongwei, Wuxi Hua Rui Microelectronics, Tianshui Huatian, Wuxi Hua Rui Ansheng, Infineon, NXP, ON Semiconductor, etc. 2018-Current joined IC Carrier Technologies as sales director.

Mr. Johan DHARMAWAN

Engineering Director

Johan has over 20 years of operational and R&D experience in semiconductor companies such as Unisem, Infineon and PCI. His career has led him to work in Indonesia and China, with an international perspective. He has also participated in joint technology transfer and development projects in Singapore and China. Since 2018, he has been the engineering manager of IC Carrier Technologies.
